Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days on average, not including the weekend. Your order will arrive in a gift box and padded envelope to protect your items during delivery.
All orders are shipped thru USPS, with a 3-5 day estimated delivery schedule within the US, but can occasionally take longer. Should you need your purchase quicker, please select the upgraded shipping to Priority (1-3 days) for an additional fee.
International orders are shipped First Class Mail International and can take between 1-8 weeks to arrive, with the average delivery time being 1-2 weeks. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. I also cannot declare that a purchase is a gift on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.
I have shipping prices set at a rate which will include tracking for orders. This will ensure that your package arrives to your home safely.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to health concerns and for sanitary reasons, body jewelry cannot be returned. This is a standard policy in the body jewelry industry that protects the health of the consumer, and insures you are receiving new, unworn jewelry. Please make sure that you read the entire description carefully, including sizing and materials used, and message me with any questions you may have prior to purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs
**Caring for Plated Jewelry**
To maintain the nice vibrant finish of gold plated or rose gold plated jewelry, extra care needs to be taken. Please remove plated jewelry when showering, washing your face, exercising and swimming. Lotions, soaps, makeup, chlorine, etc will cause a reaction in the metal and it will tarnish. When wearing plated nose jewelry, keep make up and lotions clear of the jewelry. Wipe it after each use with a soft cloth to remove any dirt and debris that may have collected during the time it was worn. I am not responsible for tarnishing on jewelry.
***Please note, if you are purchasing a belly ring with acrylic ball ends, please DO NOT soak the balls in alcohol or other chemical cleaners. This will deteriorate the balls and make them crumble and break! Please soak or clean only the surgical steel barbell. Normal body soap and water, and showering will not effect the acrylic balls in any way. Also make sure not to over tighten the acrylic ball. Over tightening will cause the ball to crack and break.
